SureSeal TM Shaft Seal System
The SureSeal is a drip-free, self-aligning propeller shaft seal that is available for shaft sizes ranging from 1" to 8" in diameter. They are easy to install and require minimal maintenance during operation.
With over 100,000 units sold and in use worldwide, SureSeals are installed as original equipment by boatbuilders in the US, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
SureSeals are sold in kit form which includes all the additional components required for a trouble-free installation.
Similarly, Tides offers Spare Seal Carrier kits which, when installed at the time of the initial installation, make replacement of the original lip seal possible in the water without the time and expense of a haul and launch.
